Coach Bendu has over 18yrs of boxing experience, coached over more than 50 USA Boxing Tournaments and set up numerous pro training camps. Bendu is a professional boxing coach, registered with USA Boxing as a Coach. Most recently participated in the 2012 Olympic Trials in Colorado Springs, CO, training 141lb Olympic Trial Boxer Derrick Williams. Coach Bendu worked the corner of Light Heavy Weight Pro boxer- Chris (hard hitting) Henry in a sparring match against Big Kirk Johnson. Coach is now working with Big Sugar Ray Phillips with their Pro Training Camp @ Bendu World Class Boxing

Julia has her CPT with Cooper Institute and is currently working on her NASM CPT Certification. She began training in 2005, and gained experience through working at numerous gyms such as 24hr Fitness, Gold's Gym Inc., Trophy Fitness, and University of Texas at Dallas. Under the guidance of Coach Bendu she is a registered coach with USA Boxing, and is a Co-Owner of Bendu World Class Boxing. She is specialized in functional training, strength training, H.I.I.T, weight loss, and nutrition planning.
